Data Analyst role in Richmond, VA (HYBRID, 3 DAYS ONSITE PER WEEK)

Must Haves:
Extensive experience as a Data Analyst that has worked within AML and/ or Global Financial Crimes, NFRR, and etc
Must be able to review information and processes, analyze, document controls, see where the gaps are, what are we missing, address inconsistencies
Really Understand the business side and be a strong critical thinker- at an Enterprise level
No specific tools required- just must be able to take in the data and be able to lay out the information in a clear explanatory was for teams across the company.
BA Experience would be helpful with this role as well.
